Training for a marathon is serious business. So when cauliflower requested my assistance in getting her in running tip top shape, I was more than happy to oblige, and invited her for a pre-marathon workout, with the virtual femdom trainer, Mistress Brighton. We started out with some simple warm-ups on the step training, as I looked on and coached. Moving into some femdom sprinting, and then a some push-ups and crunches. And when I felt her body was ready, we began stretching. Because you can’t have tight, unstretched muscles, before a run. Needless to say, I also took the time to ensure that ALL the muscles in her body, got a good stretch in.

The Cauliflower Workout Plan

While helping cauliflower get into a full split, I decided she needed a little more encouragement. Exactly 8.5 inches of encouragement, by way of my goldi-cock also named Goddess. She was so engrossed in panting and sweating and stretching, that she didn’t realize what I was up to until the back of her yoga pants suddenly came down, and next thing she knew she was overcome with a feeling of…. “fullness.” I told her to just keep stretching, and I’d handle the rest….
